About Zest
The concept for Zest emerged in 2008 when I relocated from London to Bath and visited several Estate Agents and Letting Agents. Not only did I need to buy and sell, I also needed to rent and also invest so I got to experience things from all sides of the fence; a prospective buyer, seller, investor, landlord and tenant. In 2025, we were thrilled to take the next step in our journey by opening our second office in the heart of Clifton Village, Bristol. Having built strong roots in Bath, it felt like the perfect time to bring our fresh, friendly approach to property to another vibrant West Country community. Bristol’s energy and charm are a perfect fit for Zest and we’re excited to help even more people buy, sell, rent and invest with confidence.
The service I experienced across all the agents I visited was either tired, lazy, arrogant, poor or ineffective – it was mediocre at best. When I walked into their offices I felt like I was intruding on their space; an unwelcome hindrance. I was made to feel like I should feel lucky because they were even willing to talk with me… and they knew best.
In short, it was my experience that many Estate Agents spent much of their energy on what was convenient to them, their staff, and what feeds their profits, rather than making it about their clients’ convenience, experience and profit. I questioned what they stood for?

Managing Director
Glenn founded Zest back in 2008. His mission was to make the selling and letting experience simultaneously more successful and less stressful. In order to do this, he hired a team who were authentic and approachable, and who would offer a transparent and honest service. Nowadays, you’ll find Glenn working closely with investors and he specialises in property search and acquisition across Bath.
Beth Perry (NAEA)
Operations Director
Beth co-owns Zest and oversees all operations, keeping the business running smoothly while managing staff, marketing initiatives, and working across both Sales and Lettings. Super organised and tech-savvy, she loves implementing systems that improve workflow efficiency in an industry that’s often process-heavy. With her focus, innovation, and leadership, Beth ensures the team has everything they need to deliver exceptional service to clients and landlords alike.

Having worked in Bath property for over 20 years, there’s hardly a street in the city where she hasn’t sold a home. Duncan Tyler

With her incredible smile and friendly, professional approach, Alex is at the heart of Zest’s sales journey. As our Sales Coordinator, she meets purchasers, conducts property viewings, handles offers, and guides each sale through the conveyancing process to completion. Always ready to lend a hand, Alex supports the sales team with warmth, efficiency, and a genuine love for helping people find their perfect home. A true Bath girl, she knows the city inside and out — and her local insight makes all the difference for our clients.

Accounts Manager
Karen joined Zest back in 2011 and has been a key part of our growth over the last 10 years. Having trained in accountancy, Karen manages all of the rental payments alongside our sales and office invoices. Karen works closely with our property consultants and admin teams. Our landlords love Karen… she pays the rent to them every month 🙂

Danielle O’Brien (MARLA)
Senior Asset & Accounts Assistant
Danielle supports our accounts team by processing rent payments and managing invoices across our Bath and Clifton Village property portfolio. She also assists with deposit returns and acts as the first point of contact for contractors and any account queries. Organised, reliable, and approachable, Danielle ensures our accounts and property operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

With a bright smile and boundless energy, Kate leads our Project Management team with professionalism and flair. She brings a wealth of experience to every project, managing property refurbishments from start to finish – taking the stress off landlords entirely. Kate is passionate about raising housing standards and is known for her hands-on approach, sharp eye for detail, and commitment to quality. She also has fantastic relationships with a network of trusted contractors, ensuring each project runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard. Natasha Easen (MARLA)
Head of Lettings
Natasha joined Zest in 2021 and has over 16 years Lettings and Investment Sales experience and had a hugely successful career in Prime Central London before returning to the area to raise her two daughters. She is a Landlord herself and has extensive legal knowledge and experience. In her spare time she loves to cook and host dinner parties for friends and family.
Caroline Ellam
Assistant Lettings Manager
Caroline works closely with the entire team to provide comprehensive re-let valuations for our landlords and oversees the lettings of all our residential properties. A great communicator, organised, attentive, and dedicated, she ensures every process runs smoothly and supports both landlords and tenants throughout the letting journey.

Lillie leads our student lettings with energy, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to providing the best experience for both students and landlords. Jessica joins our busy Asset & Tenancy Management team having gained experience in property and tenancy management in both Bristol and previously Bath. Jessica loves a tidy and orderly spreadsheet and particularly enjoys keeping on top of the hundreds of compliance schedules for the managed properties in her portfolio; ensuing all fire safeties, electrical certs, gas safeties, inspections, risk assessments and portable appliance tests (PAT) are completed on time and our landlords have full piece of mind knowing they are fully compliant.
