About Zest
Zest was founded in 2008 with a clear mission: to offer a more thoughtful, people-focused approach to property. The idea was born when Managing Director and founder, Glenn Perry, relocated from London to Bath and experienced first-hand how impersonal and inconsistent estate agency service could feel, whether buying, selling, renting or investing (of which he was doing all four).
Inspired to do things differently, Zest was created to put people back at the heart of property. That meant prioritising service, transparency and the overall experience – from the way our offices feel when you walk in, to the conversations you have with our team and the tools we use to keep things clear, fast and efficient.
Over the years, Zest has grown into one of Bath’s most trusted and recognisable estate agencies. We’ve worked with hundreds of buyers, sellers, renters and landlords across the city – always with the same commitment to friendly, knowledgeable service. Our local roots run deep, and we’ve built a team who not only knows the Bath property market inside out, they genuinely care about helping people navigate it with confidence.
In short, it was my experience that many Estate Agents spent much of their energy on what was convenient to them, their staff, and what feeds their profits, rather than making it about their clients’ convenience, experience and profit. I questioned what they stood for?

We’re proud to have been named Business of the Year by Best of Bath and to have won Gold at the British Property Awards for three consecutive years, earning titles such as Best Estate Agent in Bath and Best Agent in the South West.
In 2025, Zest opened its second branch in Bristol’s beautiful Clifton Village. Many of our clients already live, work or have invested across both Bath and Bristol, and we saw an opportunity to bring our fresh, friendly ethos to another vibrant West Country community. With Bristol’s creativity, energy and unique mix of homes, it was the perfect fit.
What truly sets Zest apart is our people. Glenn and his wife, Beth, have built a team that genuinely enjoys what they do – working closely with clients, problem-solving proactively, and making what can be a stressful process feel smooth and positive. Even when things don’t go to plan (which, unfortunately, is part and parcel of buying or selling a property in the UK), our approach is always to stay calm, kind and solutions-focused.
Today, with offices in both Bath and Bristol, Zest helps hundreds of clients each year to buy, sell, rent and invest with confidence.

Glenn founded Zest back in 2008. His mission was to make the selling and letting experience simultaneously more successful and less stressful. In order to do this, he hired a team who were authentic and approachable, and who would offer a transparent and honest service. Nowadays, you’ll find Glenn working closely with investors and he specialises in property search and acquisition across Bath.
Beth Perry (NAEA)
Operations Director
Beth co-owns Zest and oversees all operations, keeping the business running smoothly while managing staff, marketing initiatives, and working across both Sales and Lettings. Super organised and tech-savvy, she loves implementing systems that improve workflow efficiency in an industry that’s often process-heavy. Karen joined Zest back in 2011 and has been a key part of our growth over the last 10 years. Having trained in accountancy, Karen manages all of the rental payments alongside our sales and office invoices. Karen works closely with our property consultants and admin teams. Natasha joined Zest in 2021 and has over 16 years Lettings and Investment Sales experience and had a hugely successful career in Prime Central London before returning to the area to raise her two daughters. She is a Landlord herself and has extensive legal knowledge and experience. In her spare time she loves to cook and host dinner parties for friends and family.
