About Zest
The concept for Zest emerged in 2008 when I relocated from London to Bath and visited several Estate Agents and Letting Agents. Not only did I need to buy and sell, I also needed to rent and also invest so I got to experience things from all sides of the fence; a prospective buyer, seller, investor, landlord and tenant.
The service I experienced across all the agents I visited was either tired, lazy, arrogant, poor or ineffective – it was mediocre at best. When I walked into their offices I felt like I was intruding on their space; an unwelcome hindrance. I was made to feel like I should feel lucky because they were even willing to talk with me… and they knew best.
In short, it was my experience that many Estate Agents spent much of their energy on what was convenient to them, their staff, and what feeds their profits, rather than making it about their clients’ convenience, experience and profit. I questioned what they stood for?
Everything from our attentive service, to the design of our offices, from our industry-leading software systems to our innovations in marketing and management is designed with you at heart. Making your experience perfect is our commitment to you, not only as an Estate Agent, but as a business.
Zest provides a level of service that you can’t find anywhere else. We are confident that we will be a great fit for all your Property needs. We are an Estate Agent with a difference.
Best of Bath voted us their Business of the Year, and we also won a Gold award at the British Property Awards three years running, proudly being crowned ‘Best Estate Agent in Bath’ and ‘Best Agent in South West’
These awards don’t happen without a team that by their nature and outlook enjoy working with people. Even when things go a little wrong – and let’s face it in this line of business occasionally it happens – a friendly and proactive team can quickly turn it around, avert a potential disaster and even nurture and deepen relationships. We are immensely proud to be Estate Agents in Bath.
That’s why Zest was born. It was time to bring the focus solely back to you.
