The customer experience is probably one of the best in town
Having partnered with Zest now for several years, we do feel the customer experience is probably one of the best in town. In our minds, Zest are truly a one stop shop.
From working with Glenn, sourcing a new property to purchase on our behalf and sorting out all of the planning regulations for alterations or licences for multiple occupancy; it’s over to the lettings team who have been known to go the extra mile helping out whatever needs to be done to make sure the tenants have a great experience.
So now we’ve just brought the property, altered it, knocked it about or decorated it and now we have people paying rent, what next? That’s over to Karen who manages the accounts making sure we get our money on time every time.
