A shining light in an otherwise murky industry
Great service and very pleasant to deal with. In total we used Zest to sell 3 houses over the course of about 5 months and they delivered on all 3 in terms of achieving either the price we wanted, or more than we were expecting on two out of three. I highly recommend this estate agent in terms of realistic valuations and in terms of the whole selling process. I found some of the bigger rival firms over valued in order to flatter and gain my business but no such thing from Zest; straight talking and good knowledge in terms of marketing strategy for the houses they sold for us. They will be the first company I think of calling next time we are in a position where we need to sell. A shining light in an otherwise murky industry.
