I am in a student let that Zest took over from our previous agency. We had numerous problems with the previous agent, however since transferring to Zest a couple of months ago, we have had new fire alarms, windows fixed, boiler fixed, bathroom re-tiled, guttering fixed, oven fixed, wall repainted, locks on doors, new hoover, new sockets put in and the garden has been completely turned around. Really helpful and never feel like I am bothering them with all the problems we had. Also, everything is done so quickly and we are always kept in the know. Would highly recommend have made over living experience 100 times better!

Amazing lettings agency! Really welcoming and truly care about their tenants, our property consultant is super friendly and lovely and helped us find an amazing house and was extremely helpful when we had some housing issues (e.g. finding new tenant, etc). We would really recommend them to any student in Bath! Probably the best agency for students!
