I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Zest
I used Zest to rent our my parents home when they went into sheltered accommodation, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Zest and the level of service I have received. I have never had to rent out a property before and was expecting a total minefield, but they were all so professional, helpful, understanding and helped me through the rental process at a time which was very stressful for me and my parents; their compassion and patience was very much appreciated. A tenant was found within 24 hours and had moved in a week later. I don’t live locally and have since had to call the office on a couple of occasions with enquiries, which have all been answered and dealt with promptly. I feel confident that my parents home is in safe hands, it has taken a huge weight off my mind and I am delighted with every aspect of Zest. I am happy to recommend them.
