Lillie oversees all of the processes for our student rentals, from ensuring our landlord’s properties are marketed to an exceptional standard, to operating a smooth move in and move out for our tenants when the time comes. Working within the Lettings team, Lillie overseas and coordinates our hugely busy Summer changeovers – with over a thousand student tenants moving in and out, there is a lot to organise to ensure the properties are ready for our new tenants to move in.
