Em joined Zest in 2021 and is our Lead Tenancy Specialist . This means that she is responsible for overseeing the referencing and legal tenancy agreements for over 2000 tenants and guarantors every year. Otherwise known as ‘Miss Organised’, Em also is your first point of contact for any tenancy renewals.
